Water and Rock

Looking back through recent posts here, I see I've offered up lots of details but not too many This-is-what-Gabriola-looks-like pictures. So here we have a point off Malaspina Galleries in some nice late afternoon light.

That is great, I can just imagine rock pools reflecting a sunset/sunrise.

Love the colour of the weed too.

Very, very nice photo. It almost looks like a miniature picture of paddy fields in some Asian countries.

That's a beautiful photo of the rocks and water. I haven't been to Gabriola for years but I'm a Vancouver Islander living many years in Spain. My daughter goes over to Gabriola and Saltspring islands quite often though. She loves the peace and natural surroundings.

Very interesting. I'm trying to figure out the size of these rocks and pools of water. From the wooden piece on the left, I figure they are quite small. It's a great photo!

This is drop-dead gorgeous. Reminds me of places along the west coast of Ireland.

This reminds me of my own island the west coast rather than the east and guess what that is a sones throw from Ireland. It is flat out gorgeous.
