If you live on a Gulf Island and want to get somewhere fast, you have one option: A float plane. This one is heading south, probably bound for Victoria. As you can imagine, the passengers have an amazing view.

I would not have noticed the plane in the version on the blog page unless you had drawn it to our attention. Much easier to see in the larger version. Without the plane, I just enjoy the rhythm of lines defining the trees, land and water.
