Jeremy's Hand
You've seen Jeremy before, busking at the Saturday Market. Note the dent in his index finger (he'd been playing for quite a while) and his musical shirt.
This is Number 30 in the Musician's Hands series. You can see them all in one gallery here.
There is a wonderful rhythm here, although we can't hear one of them. I was a terrible violin student as a child. My teacher said I should develop calluses on my fingertips. They stayed as soft as they are now.
Great image - I actually popped in via Skywatch but I think this image is much better! Nice work and good to see another Vancouver Islander on Skywatch! Check out my blog at Dave Ingram's Natural History Blog when you've got a moment.

I get dents on my fingers when I play my violin, too. Fun musical shirt! Was he playing Vivaldi??
Real nice against the out of focus background
Hey Leif, no Vivaldi. He was playing a fiddle tune.
