Oddshots Monday > Hanging Bike
This one's a mystery. Who would suspend an old but apparently fully functional bicycle from the side of a cliff? And why? The chain was old and rusted but the lock looked new so go figure.
You can dial in more oddshots from around the world here.
Mom said," Young man, Iif you don't clean up your room this minute, I 'm hanging that damn bike up for a week!"
Snap, wish I'd known you were posting this one today. I have something similar I've been holding on to. They would have made a nice pair today. Will give you a head's up when I'm running it!

I have no idea who would do that, but I'm so glad they did. Absolutely perfect oddshot, in fact perfect mono oddshot. Quirky, and perfectly captured.
A very odd shot! Who would do that indeed! Crazy people. So glad there are crazy people - that is why we get odd shots!
Put there for creative photographers, obviously.

It looks like a fossil. Or the original "stationary bike". Odd indeed.
My guess is that no one is going to steal it.
It boggles the mind to wonder who would do that and why. Maybe it is a memorial to someone who died riding their bike in that cliff area?
Mine is more at street level -- drop by and see it.
Why not?
A practical joke, maybe? Seems like something some friends of mine might do. :o)
