Well, finally back home and able to make some comments. Thanks for your notes while we were away. This picture is a little scary. Is this thing on view permanently or is it just up for the occasion? We Americans don't generally think of Canada as a frightening place.

Yes ST, this mask is up on that cedar permanently. The house is around the corner from us but we've not met the inhabitants. However, you can rest assured that Canada is indeed a decidedly unscary place.
