I suspect your daylight hours a just a wee bit shorter than ours here in Seattle... and ours today is 8 hours, 25 minutes, 23 seconds - Christmas Day will be 34 seconds longer! Not sure what I'll do with that extra daylight, perhaps blink a few times!
