Gabriolans recently rallied to protest increased ferry fares which have a negative impact on our local economy. Was BC Ferrys Corp listening? Probably not, corporations seldom do, but it was a fun demo none-the-less.

BC Ferries was bad enough before they "privatized", now they're worse. ~$13 to walk - walk - out of Powell River to Vancouver Island.
There's my rant for the morning ....
