Pretty scary for your peaceful little island. I once took a picture in Japan of someone wearing a tee shirt that said "we slay all suckers who perpetrate and lay down law from state to state." That was disconcerting in such an oh-so-polite society. A commenter said it was a line from a Run DMC song. Didn't make me feel any better. I wonder what the context was in your image.
Not quite as intimidating as it might seem - Slayer (written as it is in the photo) is a rock band... though I suspect thay're not playing at the Roxy.
